Hi, I’m Teresa.
As a lifelong mortgage lender, I’ve seen it all. I started in the mortgage industry in 1983 when rates were 18%, and the country was in a recession. Throughout my career, I’ve learned everything is cyclical, and I’m here to help you find the right fit for your needs at any stage of the process.
MY M A N I F E S T O
I want you to find your happy place and stolen moments.
Moments to stop and appreciate something or someone. Moments to enjoy someone’s company or make plans to get together with someone to exchange positive energy.
Not sure I’m the right fit? Here’s what one of my clients had to say…
We came to Teresa after 2 other lender’s let us down (and wasted our time while rates inched up) - it wasn’t a credit issue - it was a process / engagement failure on the part of the other lender’s.
Teresa was responsive, honest, engaged, and driven toward closure. She is a great listener, and her energy towards our needs and satisfaction was outstanding. She valued our time and was great at simplifying and ‘demystifying’ the process for us. If she didn’t know the answer, she said so, and chased it down from her network of experts.
Her overall knowledge of the entire mortgage industry (origination, title, underwriting, and even the after the fact aspect of loan servicing) was off the charts! I would unequivocally recommend Teresa for any of your mortgage loan needs.
